Amendments and Updates

1. Right to Update the Terms​

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the Terms of Service and any related policies from time to time.

Updates may be made to reflect changes in:

  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • the Services or their functionality;
  • business practices or risk management needs.

2. Notice of Changes​

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, updates to the Terms become effective upon publication within the Services or on the official website.

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) is not required to provide individual notice of updates.

3. Acceptance of Updates​

Continued access to or use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a Tenant does not agree with an update, the Tenant must discontinue use of the Services.

4. Applicability of Updated Terms​

Updated Terms apply prospectively from their effective date.

Nothing in this section limits rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of an update, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Relation to Other Terms​

This section forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with the Terms of Service as a whole.
