These rules apply to all Tenants and Users and form an integral part of the Terms of Service.

The Services are provided on a shared, multi-tenant basis. Tenants must use the Services in a manner that is reasonable and consistent with intended use.
Use of the Services must not:
- create excessive load or disproportionate consumption of resources;
- degrade performance or availability for other tenants;
- exceed documented or communicated limits without authorization.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may define or adjust reasonable usage thresholds to protect the Services.
3. Technical Limits and Safeguards
The Services may include technical limits, rate limits, quotas, or safeguards designed to:
- ensure system stability;
- prevent abuse or misuse;
- protect security and data integrity.
Tenants may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent such limits or safeguards.
4. Protection Against Abuse
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may implement measures to detect and mitigate:
- automated abuse or excessive requests;
- denial-of-service attempts or traffic anomalies;
- misuse of APIs, integrations, or system resources.
Such measures may include throttling, temporary restrictions, or other controls.
5. Changes to Capacity and Availability
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may modify, suspend, or limit certain features or capacities of the Services where necessary to:
- maintain operational stability;
- address security or technical risks;
- comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where required.
6. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
While Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) aims to provide reliable access to the Services, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
7. Consequences of Integrity Violations
Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of the Terms and may result in enforcement measures, including restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Services.
