Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Services operated by Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia).

This policy applies to all Tenants and Users and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.


2. General Acceptable Use Rule

The Services may be used solely for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes.

Tenants must ensure that their use of the Services:

  • complies with these Terms and applicable laws;
  • does not harm the Services, other tenants, data subjects, or third parties;
  • does not interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the Services.

3. Prohibited Activities (General)

The Tenant may not use the Services to:

  • engage in unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
  • distribute spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications;
  • circumvent technical safeguards, limits, or controls;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
  • impersonate Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) or any third party.

4. Prohibited Content and Thematic Restrictions

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Services may not be used to create, publish, distribute, promote, or facilitate content, goods, or services related to the following categories (“Prohibited Content”):

4.1 Illegal Goods and Activities

  • illegal weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories;
  • controlled substances, narcotics, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia;
  • trafficking in stolen goods or unlawfully obtained property;
  • facilitation of criminal activities.

4.2 Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

  • pornography or sexually explicit material;
  • escort services, prostitution, or sexual services;
  • adult-only products or services where prohibited by applicable law;
  • sexual exploitation or abuse of any kind.

4.3 Harmful, Abusive, or Exploitative Content

  • violence, threats, or incitement to harm;
  • hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
  • exploitation of vulnerable persons;
  • content promoting self-harm or dangerous behavior.

4.4 Regulated or Restricted Products

  • tobacco products, vaping devices, or related products;
  • alcohol or gambling services, where restricted or unlawful;
  • pharmaceuticals, medical services, or health products offered without required authorization;
  • financial services, investments, or securities offered without appropriate licensing.

4.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
  • unauthorized distribution of protected materials;
  • counterfeit or infringing goods.

4.6 Deceptive or Misleading Practices

  • false or misleading claims;
  • pyramid schemes, scams, or fraudulent business models;
  • impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations.

5. No Obligation to Monitor

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) does not pre-screen, monitor, or actively moderate Tenant content.

The absence of monitoring does not imply acceptance, endorsement, or approval of any content or activity.


6. Reporting and Enforcement

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) reserves the right to:

  • investigate suspected violations of this policy;
  • remove or restrict access to content where required or appropriate;
  • suspend or terminate access to the Services;
  • cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) and may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services or comply with legal obligations.


7. Changes to This Policy

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
