Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
3. Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through informal discussions, where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
4. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5. No Class Actions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
6. Relation to Other Documents
This section applies to the Terms of Service and should be read together with other applicable legal documents governing the use of the Services.
