Overview
This section governs billing, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and related financial matters applicable to the Services operated by Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia).
These terms apply to all Tenants using the Services and form an integral part of the legal framework governing access to and use of the Services. Billing terms apply on a per-tenant basis unless expressly stated otherwise.
1. Scope
This section covers:
- subscription plans and billing cycles;
- pricing and applicable fees;
- payment methods and recurring charges;
- invoices, records, and billing documentation;
- refunds, credits, and adjustments;
- taxes and tax-related responsibilities;
- suspension of Services for non-payment.
Payment-related terms are separate from, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific terms.
2. Responsibility for Payments
The Tenant is solely responsible for:
- selecting subscription plans and options;
- providing valid payment information;
- paying all applicable fees, charges, and taxes;
- ensuring timely payment for continued access to the Services.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) does not provide Services free of charge unless explicitly stated.
3. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) does not store or process full payment card details and relies on payment processors for secure handling of payment information, subject to their respective terms and policies.
4. Relation to Other Documents
This section should be read together with:
- the Terms of Service;
- the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), where applicable;
- applicable pricing pages or order terms;
- other sections within the Billing & Payments documentation.
In the event of a conflict, the billing-specific documents shall govern matters relating to payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
5. Updates
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may update this section from time to time in accordance with the applicable update provisions.
Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
