Subscriptions

1. Subscription Model​

The Services are offered on a subscription basis, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions grant the Tenant the right to access and use the Services in accordance with the selected plan, applicable limits, and these legal documents for the duration of the subscription period.

2. Subscription Plans​

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may offer one or more subscription plans with different features, limits, or usage entitlements.

Details of available plans, including included features and limits, are described on the applicable pricing pages or in product-specific documentation.

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) reserves the right to modify, introduce, or discontinue subscription plans in accordance with the applicable update provisions.

3. Subscription Term and Billing Cycle​

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually).

Each subscription period begins on the date of activation and renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

4. Automatic Renewal​

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

By activating a subscription, the Tenant authorizes recurring charges for each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans​

The Tenant may upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change its subscription plan in accordance with the options made available within the Services.

Changes to subscription plans may take effect:

  • immediately; or
  • at the start of the next billing period,

as specified at the time of the change.

Plan changes may result in adjusted charges or prorations, as described in the applicable billing documentation.

6. Cancellation​

The Tenant may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account management interfaces or procedures.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Refunds and Credits section.

7. Access After Cancellation​

Upon cancellation:

  • access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period;
  • access may be limited or terminated at the end of the subscription period.

Data handling following cancellation is governed by the applicable Privacy documentation and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), where applicable.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Subscriptions​

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may offer free trials or promotional subscriptions from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period;
  • the Tenant is responsible for cancelling before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Additional terms may apply to promotional offers.

9. Suspension for Non-Payment​

Failure to pay applicable subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, as described in the Suspension for Non-Payment section.

10. Relation to Other Billing Terms​

This section should be read together with:

  • the Pricing and Fees section;
  • the Payments section;
  • the Refunds and Credits section;
  • the Suspension for Non-Payment section;
  • the Billing & Payments documentation as a whole.
