Invoices and Billing Records
1. Invoices and Billing Documents
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may issue invoices, receipts, or other billing documents in connection with payments for the Services.
Billing documents may be provided electronically through the Services, by email, or via other reasonable means.
2. Invoice Content
Invoices or billing records may include, where applicable:
- the applicable subscription plan or services;
- fees and charges for the relevant billing period;
- applicable taxes or tax-related information;
- currency and payment references.
The exact format and content of invoices may vary depending on jurisdiction, payment method, or payment processor requirements.
3. Availability and Access
Tenants are responsible for accessing, downloading, and retaining copies of invoices and billing records for their own accounting, tax, and compliance purposes.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) does not guarantee indefinite availability of historical billing documents within the Services.
4. Corrections and Adjustments
If an invoice contains a material error, the Tenant must notify Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) within a reasonable time.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may issue corrected invoices or adjustments where appropriate.
5. Record Retention
Billing records may be retained by Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) for the period required by applicable law or internal accounting policies.
Retention of billing records does not affect data retention obligations under the Privacy documentation or the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
6. No Accounting or Tax Advice
Billing documents are provided for informational purposes only.
Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Tenant is responsible for its own compliance with accounting and tax obligations.

- the Pricing and Fees section;
- the Taxes section;
- the Billing & Payments documentation as a whole.
