Pricing and Fees

1. Pricing Information​

Prices for the Services are displayed on the applicable pricing pages, order forms, or within the Services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are quoted exclusive of taxes and other government charges.

2. Currency​

Prices may be displayed and charged in one or more currencies as determined by Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia).

Where currency conversion applies, conversion rates and any related fees are determined by the applicable payment processor.

3. Fees and Charges​

Fees may include, where applicable:

  • subscription fees;
  • usage-based fees;
  • add-on or optional feature fees;
  • other charges expressly disclosed at the time of purchase.

The Tenant is responsible for all fees associated with its selected subscription plan and usage.

4. Price Changes​

Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) may change prices for the Services from time to time.

Price changes:

  • apply prospectively only;
  • take effect at the start of the next billing period, unless stated otherwise;
  • do not apply retroactively to completed billing periods.

Notice of price changes may be provided through the Services or the official website.

5. Promotional Pricing​

From time to time, promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers may be made available.

Promotional pricing:

  • applies only for the specified promotional period;
  • is subject to additional terms or eligibility requirements;
  • does not guarantee continued availability of the same pricing.

6. Pricing Errors​

In the event of a pricing error or incorrect display of fees, Permanent Systems LLC (Georgia) reserves the right to correct such errors.

If a pricing error materially affects an active subscription, the Tenant will be provided with reasonable options, which may include confirmation at the corrected price or cancellation.

7. Taxes and Additional Charges​

Taxes and other mandatory charges are addressed separately in the Taxes section.

Any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges imposed by third parties are the responsibility of the Tenant.

8. Relation to Other Billing Terms​

This section should be read together with:

  • the Subscriptions section;
  • the Payments section;
  • the Taxes section;
  • the Refunds and Credits section;
  • the Billing & Payments documentation as a whole.
